Do i need a contract?
Nope, you don’t. You simply pay a rolling subscription fee, which you can cancel anytime you fancy.
How much does it cost ?
£39 a month. Router, Sim, internet connection. All wrapped up in one neat, constant monthly payment.
How fast will my internet be?
4G+ delivers speeds of up to 100MB but in our experience, 70MB is more likely (which is more than enough for most users). If you do get slow speeds and our crack commando support team can’t help improve it, simply send the kit back. No hard feelings.
What happens if it doesn't work?
Connection not strong enough? No problem – simply cancel your subscription and send your unit back to us. We’ll still love you.
Do I need to plug my router in?
Yes, but you can go anywhere where there’s a plug socket.
Can I watch Sky TV / Virgin TV ?
Yes – your duuo connection works with your chosen TV provider.
